WHO CAN ENTER
1. Any U.S. resident 18 years of age or older and lives in the KELOLAND TV viewing area as defined by the Nielsen Designated Market Areas for Sioux Falls, Aberdeen and Pierre and adjacent counties at the time of entry.
2. Employees of KELO-TV and their immediate families are ineligible.
HOW TO ENTER

HOW IT WORKS
1. Register using the official entry form.
2. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on May 23rd, 2013.
3. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Contest ends on May 23rd, 2013 at 12:00pm. Winners will be contacted via email.
4. The prize is an Apple iPad Mini valued at $400.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. All prizes are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes, license and registration fees upon claiming prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes.
2. All winners agree to the use of their name/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
3. All entries are the property of KELO-TV and use of said information will be in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. KELO-TV accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
