12 Days of Christmas Official Rules
WHO CAN ENTER
1. Any U.S. resident 18 years of age or older and lives in the KELOLAND TV viewing area as defined by the Nielsen Designated Market Areas for Sioux Falls, Aberdeen and Pierre at the time of entry.
2. Employees of KELO-TV, participating businesses, and their immediate families are ineligible.
HOW TO ENTER
1. No purchase necessary to enter.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Register using the form below.
2.Registration open Monday, November 19th through Monday, December 17th.
3. Winners will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning.
4. Winners will be chosen once per day (excluding weekends) beginning December 3rd. One daily winner will be chosen through December 18th for a total of 12 winners.
5. Winners will be announced on KELOLAND-TV. In order to claim prizes, winners must call 605.357.5583, by 4pm and correctly identify the sponsor of the day. Winners must call on the day their name is announced to claim prize.
6. Retail value of the prize is $100.
7. A request for the list of winners can be sent to KELO-TV, 501 S. Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. You must request a list a winners within 60 days of the end of the contest.
8. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will determine the winner.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. All prizes are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes, license and registration fees upon claiming prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes.
2. All winners agree to the use of their name/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
3. All entries are the property of KELO-TV and use of said information will be in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. KELO-TV accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
